Can you tell me more about your ordering process?

I want my logo added to my products. How do I arrange this?
The addition of your name and brand on to apparel reinforces a professional image for your business as well as promoting wider recognition and retention of your company. We provide the following high quality, well-priced services.
  • Embroidery
  • Screen Printing
  • Heat Transfer
  • Sublimation
  • Direct to Garment Transfer (DTG).
These different application methods have a range of advantages depending on your particular job and your account manager can work out the most cost-effective method to make your brand stand out. Our promotional products can also be branded, whether through pad printing, engraving or a wide variety of other methods.
 
Logos need to be provided in the correct high resolution electronic format to suit your chosen print method, which may be JPEG, TIFF, PDF or Vector Base. You will also need to supply the PMS or CMYK colours of your logo.
 
A set-up fee is incurred when logos are initially formatted for print and typically this is $100, but will be verified in your quote.
I don’t have the proper artwork for my logo. What should I do?
If you do not have your logo set out in the appropriate format (JPEG, TIFF, PDF or Vector Base) we can offer a graphic design service for a set fee.
 
We also have a graphic artist on site to help you with the creative process. Our design rates are very competitive and if you require more than just a simple job we have a full-service partner agency who can draw you up a whole corporate toolkit from scratch.
How big and where can I have my logo?
Logo application type/design/colour/profile is only limited to your creativity. We can print on almost anything. As a guide, the following are the most common requested areas and maximum sizes we are asked for in relation to clothing:
  • Front Left Chest / Pocket Maximum of 11cm
  • Front Right Chest / Pocket Maximum of 11cm
  • Front Stomach Maximum of 22cm
  • Front Right hand Sleeve Maximum of 7cm
  • Front Left hand Sleeve Maximum of 7cm
  • Front Sleeve Cuffs Maximum 7cm
  • Back Yoke Maximum of 11cm
  • Back Shoulder Maximum of 22cm
  • Back Pants under belt line Maximum of 11cm
How long will my order take?
Each product varies as to how long it takes.
 
If your order requires no customisation (logo/printing etc) we will dispatch your items as soon as payment is made.
 
Account holders may negotiate relative timelines as part of service level agreements. From dispatch, delivery is usually within 48 hours to all major cities and larger regional centres.
 
Logo application services typically add 2-3 days to a job timeline, so you will need to take this into account. Also, production cannot commence on any job until we have received a final art approval which includes a printed name, date and signature.
 
PLEASE NOTE: DELAYS IN RECEIVING SIGNED AND DATED FINAL ART APPROVALS MAY IMPACT UPON DEADLINES
 
In addition, indent or bespoke orders may be sourced from manufacturers overseas and timelines applicable in these situations will be clearly set out by your account manager. Such jobs can take 4 to 5 weeks or even as much as 12 weeks depending on the nature of the products ordered.
Can you process urgent orders?
We are happy to accommodate urgent orders where possible, but any extraordinary expenses will be passed on. If you require products for a particular event, like a concert or a launch, it is recommended that you call us for a quote early on in your planning stage so that we can work with you to ensure that your deadlines are met and you receive the products you require on time.
 
We accept that sometimes things need to be done quickly, and we do have an express range of products that can be turned around in as little as 24 hours.
How do I cancel my order?

Production will only begin once you have approved all artwork and accepted a job quote, meaning that you are happy with all aspects of the proposed job. Unfortunately, no change to or cancellation of decorated orders can be made after production has started.

What overruns or underruns are accepted?
5% overrun or underrun is considered fulfilment on all orders over 1000 pieces.

What is your return policy?
Different products have different return policies and you should contact your account manager to discuss any returns. Embellished items cannot be returned unless faulty, so it is important to order wisely. Our Quality Assurance team will work to rectify any quality issues, however, it should be noted that most returnable products incur a 10% restocking fee.
 
How long will freight take and how much will freight cost me?
We deliver nationwide, but not all freight is equal. Freight costs depend on what we are sending, how we are sending it and where we are sending it. However, we will always try to find the most efficient freight solution to suit your particular needs.
 
If you need something delivered yesterday, you’ll probably want to air freight it, but such services can cost a lot and add up to more than you paid for your actual products. The same goes for remote delivery – it might take a bit longer to get there and it might cost you a bit more.
 
The good news is that typical deliveries to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or other major centre are no problem at all, costing not much more than $20, and taking 1 to 2 days.
 
We can quote you more precise freight costs – just ask.
Can I get small quantities?
The answer is usually ‘yes’, but you might find that there is very little benefit in trying to order small quantities of branded items. IF MOQ gets cut, prices tend to go up.
 
We set minimum quantities at a level that get you promo items at a reasonable cost and allows us to professionally manage your order. If we start slashing minimum order quantities (MOQ’s) the price goes way up as we have set costs that need to be incorporated - set costs that must be covered include freight, artwork, set up, making printing plates, print machine preparation, print machine clean down, job management time.
What is PPE?

Personal protective equipment (PPE) is anything used or worn by a person to minimise risk to the person’s health or safety and includes a wide range of clothing and safety equipment.
